hi all,
whilst in spain over xmas holidays, i was using the navman with european basemaps loaded. one odd thing that i found was on approaching motorway junctions, the voice command was telling me to keep right, i.e. dont turn off as in the u.k. as you are aware, in spain we drive on the opposite side of the road, so technically i was being told to leave at every exit!!
does this happen on the pan european maps, or has it been corrected?
its most annoying,
also, i am still losing bitmaps of safety cameras, unless i do a full reset, i have service pack 1 installed, any ideas anyone?
many thanks

So was it 'Keep left', as indicated in this post, or 'Keep right', as indicated two posts above? _________________ Tim |

Did a trip from Zeebrugge to Aachen purely on the basemap (before I got the Pan European set), gave me 99.99% correct lanes etc, one exeption been on the Brussels Ring (CharleRoi), where it wanted me to come off and go thru the City, Ignored that One !!! |

hi, travelled around the alicanti area with full eu maps over weekend, seemed ok, though bit short on directions, also did not tell me on few juctions which way to go.
maps seem very good but instructions a little lacking.
only traveled a short bit of motorway so did not tell me to keep, right/left on take junction i wanted. |

thanks for that robin, just to clarify, as you passed the motorway exits are you saying it did not advise you at all, either to keep left or right, or even to exit left or right as you approached your turn off? |
