Can anybody tell me which file to back up so I can save my configuration (ie personal settings for road speeds, volume etc.).
I have found that if I need to run a soft reset I lose these settings and would like to backup the file. _________________ no longer lost... |

You will not lose these settings from a soft reset, only from a hard reset where you have to reinstall all your programs again.
What I think you're probably experiencing is that you are not closing the application after changing settings. This is when settings are saved, hence you lose all of your settings. Install a task manager program and actively close TomTom Navigator after use, or before you perform a soft reset and this should stop this from happening. |
