TomTom Mobile Voice Instalation Help

Hi, ive just installed tomtom mobile and for some reason i cant get voice instructions to work with it, i have tomtom voice and have tried inserting the uk female onto sd card, should i be doing anything else?...please can somebody help me install tomtom voice in the correct part of my mobile..

You cannot use the TomTom Voice files from version 3. You need to use the DATAxx.CHK and voice.VIF pairs that come with TTM or the TTGo etc.
