"NMEA 0183v2 Bluetooth" should work for any Bluetooth GPS that runs at the standard 38400bps.
The SiRF options are only for GPSes set to SiRF binary mode - and I don't think any Bluetooth GPSes default to that even if they use a SiRF chipset.
For a SiRF based Bluetooth GPS in NMEA mode at 38400bps, arguably the correct setting is "TomTom Wireless GPS".

That's a SiRF based GPS - use "TomTom Wireless GPS".

Hi , Had the same problem, i was unable to select COMPORT8 with TOMTOM, comport 5 had no response , downloaded TOMTOM GPS v307 from http://www.tomtom.com support page, this then gave me an option of COMPORT 8, then set NMEA 01832v2 Bluetooth in TOMTOM GPS & now OK, hope this helps
