2210 is not a palm but a PocketPC as far as i know...
Try this:
Open "internet explorer" on your pocketPC
Go to ---> tools ---> advanced. Mark for "allow cookies".
I think that should do it for you...
(excuse my poore english...) _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

Can you refresh the POI category-list....?
If thats OK maybee its something to do with firewall software on your PC. Try to turn it off. _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

I have tried, yet again to sync my pocket pc....it will not sycronize!!!!I can refresh, but when you come to synronize the poket pc does not allow it...
Sycronize settings on the display is shaded, so you cannot gain access? is tha a problem?
I have removed and reinstalled all the data, but to no avail, i end up with everything but being able to use POI's. I have discivered that I never have anything in the "recorded POI's" folder.
I also do not sem to be able to download the sound....
Your help is appreciated |

Maybee its something to do with firewall or antivirus-software on your PC. Try to turn it off. _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

My country has been selected......
I just do not know where im going wrong on such a simple process.
Is it because there are no POI's in the "recorded POI's" box??? how do you copy them into that area??? This may be whereit has started to go wrong.
I cannot use syncronize settings- Is this a problem?
Thanks for your continued assistance |

The "Recorded POI's"-box is the place you can see your own recorded POI's for sharing with other on next sync. There should be nothing there at this stage.
What about the firewall etc...? have you looked into it yet...?
One more sugestion:
In the CP menu; select "Internet settings". Try "Directly"... _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

In the sync window... can you see all the POI categories...? (the window under country select)
If not you need a better refresh... they should all show up after refresh. _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

I also have pop ups blocked? wolud that cause a problem?
I have found all sound and pocket gps files in my documents file on my pocket pc.....how can i now use them to activate overlays

You miss the files who contain the overlay-picture and data.
You dont have them today since you cant sync.
You can download theese from CP's web-place manually.
Just download what you want and save the corresponing BMP-file. (right click and select "Save picture as")
Save the files (eg: shell.bmp and shell.ov2) into the folder where your map is. _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |
