Was I the only person experiencing problems with TT Traffic today, or was there no traffic incidents in the UK?
From about 2pm to 6pm I was driving from the Midlands to Bedfordshire and continually tried to use traffic. The connection was working as I could connect, but instead of a count of the incidents as they were downloaded, I'd get an instant confirmation that TT Traffic was upto date even though there wasn't a single instance downloaded.
I'm sure this wasn't down to my device, even after a reset the same hapened.
As I've said before a great product when it works, its just a lack of confidence due to un reliability issues. |

Yes, I've logged a call but as we all know this may not be answered for weeks. I've requested that my subscription is extended by the number of days the service is unavailable currently 2 days.
I'd suggest other Traffic customers who are experiencing problems request an extensions, its clear that TomTom have no monitoring or alerting tools installed on their servers. If we are paying for a service, which is what TT Traffic is, then we should get a reasonable service, two days downtime is not good enough in my view. |
