Could anybody please let me know what kind of Compact Flash interface chip being used by NavMan CF GPS Receiver? Is it Oxford OX950 or not?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Johnson,
I'm sorry I can't answer your question but I'm sure someone will jump in and respond soon.
Please refrain from double, triple or even quadruple posting as most people use the 'View Posts Since Last Visit' feature on the forum home page and will eventually see your question.
Regards,
Bo Peep. |

That is OK and thanks for letting me know.
Is there any way to post once and all the groups will see it?

Hi Johnson,
There is no way for forum users to post the same post in all forums, as there really is no need for this to ever be the case.
What you will find is that if you pick the most relevant forum to post in, the people who will be able to answer it will probably navigate to that forum anyway.
As I said before, if most people use the 'View Posts Since Last Visit' link when they sign onto the forum, they will all see your post, whatever forum it is posted in.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards,
Bo Peep. |

I think the only valid discussion on this is in this thread, where I've already suggested a way to discover what hardware is used (download and examine the Windows drivers).
The only Navman CompactFlash GPS that I recall is the old and arguably obsolete GPS 1000.
Most forum regulars read via "View posts since last visit", so they'll see posts in any forum. Arguably the best place for questions like this is the Advanced GPS Lounge; that tends to be where the technically experienced people hang out.
So as not to fragment the discussion any further, I'm going to lock this thread too - let's carry on with the thread that has some relevant discussion. I've moved that one from the Haicom forum to the Advanced GPS Lounge so it's no longer sat under anything manufacturer specific.
