Hello.
I am new to the GPS Community and I really need some assistance. I live in Tampa, Florida, USA and I recently bought the Axim x50. I am a sales person in the area and would like to use GPS to locate clients, etc.
My main goals are: Ease of use, up to date maps, accuracy, Outlook intergration, and a great UI.
I have read some reviews and they all units sound great, but there is so much info it is a bit overwhelming.
Which software will I benifit from the most - CoPilot, Tom Tom, or OnCourse ?
What brand/type of GPS module will I need - Flash, Wired, or BlueTooth?

Hi Todd, welcome to the games...
Your software choices sound reasonable. Depending on how many clients you will need to visit I would either prefer TomTom (ease of use) or CoPilot (route optimization).
Be aware that even though both of them have Contacts integration they are , uhm, picky as to the street names. You will have to write your contact addresses in a way that's understood by these programs.
As for the receiver - if this is mostly in car then a serial receiver and a cradle are good enough. If you plan to use GPS outdoors, too then I'd go for a BT receiver. _________________ Lutz
