If this is the New Aldi 95000 (Mio168) then you need to follow these instructions.
1. http://www.navigating.de/Medion4_en/POI/Index.htm
Follow all the instructions to install and register the POI-Warner utility.
2. Download the file : http://www.pocketgpspoi.com/downloads/pocketgps_uk_sc.zip
3. Download and install this program : http://dnote.demon.nl/public/PoiEdit_v32.exe
4. Run the PoiEdit_v32.exe to install.
5. Un-zip the pocketgps_uk_sc.zip to the the PoiEdit folder
6. Start PoiEdit, click on the Tools - Batch Convert, you should see the files you un-zipped from pocketgps_uk_sc.zip, just click Convert, within a second the files will be converted, then just close PoiEdit, browse to its folder and you will find the converted files with the .asc ending. Copy the files:
pocketgps_uk_gatso.asc
pocketgps_uk_mobile.asc
pocketgps_uk_redlight.asc
pocketgps_uk_specs.asc
6. Put your Pocket PC in its cradle and start ActiveSync, (if not already started), then browse to the folder
\Program Files\POIWarner MN4-Edition\pois
then Paste the files you copied above into this folder.
7. You will also need to copy the 4 image files from the PoiEdit folder:
pocketgps_uk_gatso.bmp
pocketgps_uk_mobile.bmp
pocketgps_uk_redlight.bmp
pocketgps_uk_specs.bmp
then Paste them to the same folder as above.
8. Then click Start on your Pocket PC - Programs - then start POI-Warner
and configer each of the tabs, this takes a bit of learning so is much to long to post here, but its not that hard.
Go out and try it, should work.
Hope this helps.

The second download link for 3.2 (the one not marked recommended) here works.
