Tom Tom / Fortuna Clip-on

Hi,

Hello to all,
This is my first PPC (4700) I have just come over from the palm platform and I was wondering about where is the best place to install Tom Tom, is it ok to install TT in the ipaq file store ?
And while on the subject of Tom Tom, I have spent a couple of hours trying to get my Fortuna Clip-on gps device working, I have managed to pair the devices up and get a steady connection, but Tom Tom 3.07 won't receive the gps info, a look around the ppc shows the connection to the gps unit as two ports, 5 & 8, with Tom Tom software giving several choices two of which are 5 OR 8,
If anyone could let me know how they got this combination to work I would be very grateful.
