Have setup on iPhone XS and see all cameras but no audio warning?
Saying that I just noticed if I use the volume slider it’s there but only noticeable right next to my ear?

Any ideas?

OK, in the settings choose the alert as being, for example, 'male voice' and as soon as you select it, it should play the sound as an example - as soon as you press it, press the volume up key. It may be that the media volume is low but the main phone volume isn't - but without the app playing audio the volume won't change.

Hope this makes sense!
