I have CamerAlert on a phone which has the Android 9 operating system. Over the past few weeks I have not received the 'Take care' message when logging into the app. I have tried to manually download the database but am still on 19.125(47874).
Could you please tell me if this version of Android is now no longer supported. _________________ Garmin Drive 40

CA hasn't be changed in years and should still work under Android 9.
Has to be a phone issue. Check your login credentials. _________________ DashCam:

I have checked that my device is connected to my account and that I have an internet connection. Could you please suggest any further measures that I could take. _________________ Garmin Drive 40

Not off hand, wait for MaFt to spot this and check your details.
In the meantime, I've just got my old HTC One out of storage, Android 9, and it's updated without issue.
In the 'Manage cameras' screen does it show your username and when the subscription expires? _________________ DashCam:

Even without the 'take care' message you should be able to manually update the database.
If it doesn't give the 'take care' alert then that generally means that it's not able to connect to the server. Are you able to browser the PGPSW n the phone?

Yes I can browse to the website. I have manually downloaded the database but it still shows the same version.
At the moment my phone is showing -
Server 19.125 (47820)
Device 19.125 (47874) _________________ Garmin Drive 40

That's odd.. I would suggest clearing the app's cache and data and reload it (you may need to reconnect your account).
