Hi Guys.
I have purchased a Factory refund from what I thought was an official supplier with full EU LMT-S maps but 2019, however on updating via Express it now only has Central Europe 2021.30. Company are useless and aren’t helping and Garmin Tech U.K. won’t either as it’s a reseller.
What can I do I have had the unit 3 days.

When you identify the unit in Garmin Express there should be a 'Map Options' option.

In there should be the maps you can download.

Hi. Yes it does and I use Exprss for my other devises, for some reason it has installed Central Europe only and deleted my Full EU maps, if I check options it is the same map.

Check the free space on the unit. Sometimes reduced maps are installed when the full ones don't fit.

Unit has 2gb spare and sd card has 16gb, it’s as if the update has deleted and just installed one, it makes my wonder if the maps were unlocked in the first place. The “authorised” reseller isn’t very responsive and speaking with Garmin tech they say they’ve had a few refurbs like this recently, every though it’s a factory refurb.
Looks like I’ll have to go down the return it route.

Certainly shouldn't work like that. If the updated map region is installed you should then get the option to install the full map under Map Options in Express. You might try the cloning method to see if that works for you
