Possibly broken.
But seems to be working now after uninstalling and re-installing a couple of times _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU
(TT One V3 512MB + RDS TMC UK&RoI v1005 now retired, dead due to withdrawal of manufacturer support)

And good to see that at least Garmin has released a changelog for this version.
- Resolved an issue with users experiencing a blank screen for managing maps
on an Edge 1030 Plus.
- Resolved an issue for users experiencing a map update failure if the device
required a software update first.
- Implemented changes to help resolve Express not launching for some users.
