Is it possible to speed up the demo in simulation mode? I used to be able to in my old TomTom. |

Don't think so. Nowhere near as useful as it could be. And probably slower than you would actually drive the route,. |

But do you really want to simulate a long route? If I simulate anything it's generally a short section only. _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Sure. I found two to three miles seemed to take ages! I guess I am impatient! |

I haven't done it for ages, but, simulation runs at the road speed limit but, the crucial bit is that you can set a simulated route from a user requested A to B.
If you want to test a particular camera this saves a load of armchair time. _________________ DashCam:

Try this:
Start the simulator running at normal speed.
Go into diagnostics (Volume - Master Volume - touch right hand corner of screen for 5 seconds or View Map - Speed - touch speed (top row centre) for 5 seconds).
Select Developer test and tools - Audio - Audio / Voice Test - Set simulator to Max. speed.
This will multiply the speed by 3 so that a 60 mph road will run at 180 mph.
Repeatedly 'back arrow' to get back to the map. _________________ Paul |

Yep, if you want to run a long route that will help but as I posted above why would you want to simulate the whole route? _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |
