I have paid for a years subscription but when I login it still doesn't recognise me as a subscriber. Therefore cannot download anything.
Have raised a ticket and await reply.
Paid by NoChex and received confirmation of payment.
Help please! |

But 2 hours after posting, the OP downloaded 'Other - CSV', 'UK - Consolidated by type'.

Ticket opened at 3:20pm on Saturday
Reply and resolution at 4:00pm same day.
BazWhite99 replied to ticket at 4:02pm to say thanks.
I suspect there is a time difference somewhere between NoChex, the forums and the support tickets...
Anyway, it's all sorted now!

Ive paid my subscription by Nochex and they are telling me that the funds have been sent to you. I am getting a message that i need to subscribe. Ive tried to generate a support ticket but have had no reply with a ticket number? |
