I have run into a problem whilst trying to process the latest update.
The error message reads Conversion from string "latitude" to type "Double" is not valid. 13
I hope this is the proper place to ask for help please.
The programme has run perfectly for a long time _________________ Jonial

Yep. Here's as good a place as any.
I'll have a go on mine in a bit and I expect the author Kremmen will be along before long.
OK. Just downloaded and process latest DB. No problem.
Base CSV cams = 14,930
Removed 1247
Processed 13,683
Total GPI cams 17,672
Presumably you have tried a fresh D/L and unzip? |

My apologies
I should have said that the files are unzipped in the CSV Direction Converter and they are processed in the Converter and then the failure occurs when trying to process them in the CSV to GPX Converter. _________________ Jonial

I assume that you are using the program to download and unzip the PGPSW file are you.
I only ask, as some people unzip it 'by hand' rather than using the prog, and it don't work like that. |

Very odd.
I had a trip to do yesterday (Tues) so I downloaded the latest and used the Converter without issue Mon evening.
That error is saying that it's found a file that still has the "Latitude" in the top line. Part of the Converter unzip routine is to remove that 'header' line.
Can you check you don't have any existing rogue CSV files.
2) Are you using your same location so we know it's read/write OK
3) As the Converter is running is shows progress, can you tell from that what file it's having issues with. _________________ DashCam:

Hello Kremmen
How do I check for rogue files?
The problem occurs after I have clicked the Green Process button the Columns turn light green and the erro message appears.
Hope this helps _________________ Jonial

It's doing it for me.
Each pmobile file (except an empty one) - its contents look to be doubled up, with a rogue line half way down - longitude latitude name.

Ah, thanks D
I don't download mobiles, hence why I didn't have the problem.
Is it a PGPSW rogue file problem ? _________________ DashCam:

Thanks
Hopefully corrected with today's update, later.
Surprised it's taken a week to spot, obviously, like me, haven't needed it _________________ DashCam:

It's the file for 6.5.20 (the latest the Converter can see).
The PGPSW file looks OK.
And I've just deleted all csv files in the Converter folder, rerun the programs, and all is working OK.
