After some investigation on my Samsung Android 10, possible useful info

CamerAlert won't start because :

Exception class name

Also seems to be listing WebView. I've seen other app problems with WebView.

It still crashes, same info, with WebView disabled but it still lists the WebView version in the log.

The app reportedly works on the new Samsung S20+ so I assume that device has a minor update to it's Android version. I'm trying to find out what exact version it's running so we can compare to the version people are having the issue with.

Means nothing to me but my Samsung got a WebView update this morning so I thought I'd see if CA would start.

The app works on Samsung S20 Ultra.
Android 10 Samsung UI 2.1.
Only problem is I do not have the link to update the new phone to my existing subscription.
Only option shown is to register as a new user - but I do not get an email reply.
Thoughts ??

S10's are on 2.0 but 2.1 is coming

Wonder if 2.0 has a bug.

Regarding registration, will the new phone not let you login ?

I think that you have re register and get onre of the stupid CA numbers, then you will be able to link to your Bigdishuk account.
Stupid I know, but it's something to do with Apple 'security' I believe.
And before you say it, I know you are talking Samsung and Android here.
