New 20 mph Limit for TFL Roads in Central London

According to the TFL Website https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2020/february/road-danger-reduced-with-new-20mph-speed-limits-on-all-tfl-roads-in-central-london and the BBC https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-51674007 most cameras will need changing to 20 as of today. I have perused the submission map and rather than make loads of submissions I have compiled a list of the affected cameras.

The Mall and Constitution Hill are not TFL managed roads, I believe they should be left at 30
