My other half is just checking on her son's Pixel running Android 10. The app loads correctly.
What issues have you seen with the Pixel? |

If you look at the recent CamAlert reviews on Google Play though, you can see it is a bigger issue.

Those 'issues' are not issues though... No menu button at the bottom is down to the phone and os - many phones have abandoned software buttons for back/home/menu etc which is why we added the 'tap the satellite logo to get the menu' many years ago.
Having to re-register after a firmware update or a new device is pretty standard... Depends how, exactly, the update was installed etc and if the device ID changed in anyway.
The OP themselves said it works so it is just Samsung's version of Android 10 that appears to cause the issue.

It is seems to be different "flavours" of Samsung that are causing the issue. The Play store feedback does seem to be all Samsung feedback. If it is not going to be updated, perhaps some sort of notice on the Play store explaining the issues and stating that the database can still be used without CamAlert? There are quite a few reviews on there about it and it isn't giving a very good picture of the app.

I still think it's Samsungs new 'UI 2' that was introduced/upgraded from UI 1.1 with Android 10 on S10 devices.
We never did get a reply to whether the Samsung S8 Android 10 also included UI 2
@M8TJT - if the Samsung 8 has Android 10 available then does your S9 have it ?

I can't locate it now but there was a list on the Samsung members app and neither the S8 nor my Note 8 were due to receive the update
Samsung normally only provide 2 OS updates (or 2 years)
A rumour did circulate that a Samsung Rep has said they would be updated but this was never confirmed

| Load the app SpeedTrap Alert. That works with the PGPSW database and seems to be the 'go to' app for Android these days. |

Android 10 not working on my Samsung Galaxy S9. Tried deleting Cache and Data and reinstalling - still will not run. |
