So today sent my second message via support about my subscription, paid in april had access for one or two months then it shows up as subscribe again and i cant access downloads? what has happened then, please fix this issue, dont even get email saying support ticket number despite support page saying I will?
(and yes I am a it guy, so checked mail server, junk, inbox, spam, and blacklist and all is clear).
can anyone actually do something on the forum to get this fixed as support route does not work for me.
dont mean to be rude about it, but one month no reply, Ill only wait 2 weeks on this the submit a claim for a refund as I am not being provided with the service. |

You had your subscription revoked for piracy back in June. |

Instead of “occasional visitor”, shouldn’t he be described as “banned”? _________________ Dennis

It sounds like a new, more commercial, approach from PGPSW.
It appears that if he would simply "subscribe again" it seems he will now be restored and will have rehabilitated himself.

There's no excuse for giving away your personal identifiable PGPSW database to all and sunder.

Could we publish the first two posts of this thread in the newsletter? (But without correcting the first post's grammar and missing capitalisation). _________________ Dennis

What I was referring to was his 52 downloads as he gave it to others.
Good ploy having each download fingerprinted, ties an internet copy to the owner. _________________ DashCam:
