No Sound??

App works fine, when asked to choose warning sound I can hear each sound. But when in operation - no sound!! I get the red warning bar when approaching a cam but no sound.
Using Samsung A50, latest android, connected to car's USB outlet with cable

Any ideas please

When you say it's connected to the car's USB is that for the audio output? If so, do you have the car's stereo set to play audio from that source?

No, its just to keep the battery in the phone topped up!

That's what I've done and it works perfectly. Just make sure you select 'bluetooth' as the CA sound output.

In which case is the phone connecting the the car's bluetooth but you're listening to, for example, the radio?

Not a problem for mine as the radio/CD/MP3 gets muted whilst the brief warning is issued then the audio gets returned.

The only thing is that you do need to set CA away from 'default' or 'device speaker' to BT and then make sure you adjust the car system volume, normally upwards, when a warning is being issued.....or, change the voice in CA from male to female, or vice versa, and when the male/female sample is playing, via the car headunit, then adjust it during the sample.
