No reason I can think of why it wouldn't work.
I know old VB6 programs still work under Win10. Microsoft are quite good at its own backwards compatibility.
I upgraded my development environment to Visual Studio 2019 so I could take advantage of the latest .NET tools, only available in .Net 4.7.2 and above.
Under Visual Studio 2013 for example, I had to manually code unzipping via a complex 15 line+ API linked routine. All I do now is 'unzip, target file, source folder', one line of code, job done. _________________ DashCam:

Yes Phil, I remember now.
3 years back on the thread I wrote "Originally I couldn't get Ash10 working on Windows 8, so I installed a virtual XP machine to keep Ash10 going. When I moved to Windows 10, I simply kept on with the virtual machine."
But later I found it worked just fine on W10; faster than ever before.
