Yes, I realise that. But Sygic removed the setting that you could assign proximity alerts to user POIs a couple of years ago and I was wondering whether they had re-introduced the facility as that's why i stopped using it despite having lifetime this and lifetime that.

Sygic's support website is saying that the current version will not allow import of POIs in certain countries, including the UK.

Proximity alerts are still no go but you can install your own POI sets so if you have been told you can't then that is wrong.

Each time Sygic update the app I resend my email expressing my disappointment in the removal of alerts and addition of unnecessary social functions.
