I've just upgraded my SIM only plan with Vodafone to a new one with more resources (data, minutes, texts and roaming) and cheaper than my existing one (!?).
So apparently it comes with a choice between :-
Amazon Prime Video
Spotify Premium
NOW TV Entertainment Pass
Sky Sports Mobile TV
Free for the duration of my plan - 12 months, then I'll change again so that they don't start charging for it.
Which one should I choose? Bearing in mind, I don't know what any of them do and I've never used any of them so I won't miss them if I don't take one on.
Does one of them let me watch telly from abroad (QI, HIGNFY, Corrie)?
EDIT to add - iPhone XS MAX _________________ Dennis

Amazon Prime Video
- Lots of TV, films and comedy shows.
- Similar to Netflix but not as user-friendly.
- Take a look at what's available via https://amzprime.MaFt.uk (shameless plug)
- Can watch on phone/tablet, via Smart TV, Roku Box etc etc
- Value: £7.99/month
Spotify Premium
- Unlimited streaming music
- Loads of genres and music - pretty much every new release and loads of old releases too
- Could be used in the van if your stereo has an aux input or bluetooth audio streaming?
- Would use up data when not on WiFi but I *think* you can download albus to your phone so mobile data wouldn't be used
- Value: £9.99/month
NOW TV Entertainment Pass
- Lots of TV shows that are shown on Sky One, Fox etc
- Use on phone, tablet, smart TV etc
- Also has live channels so you can watch The Walking Dead while it's live on air on Sky
- Value: £7.99/month
Sky Sports Mobile TV
- watch live sport from some of the Sky Sports channels (football, racing [NOT F1]) on a mobile phone
- does not allow watching on a TV etc
- Value: £5.99/month |

Well, that puts Spotify out.
And Sky Sports out.
Amazon Prime is a gonner too - I didn't get to see Chain Gang Women 50 years ago and don't fancy it now.
So does NOW TV let me watch HIGNFY and QI live on telly and BBC and ITV telly live?
(PS I don't think Data should be a problem as I get 20GB included). _________________ Dennis

No, but the iPLayer app (free) from BBC will let you watch live and the ITV Hub app (Free) will let you watch live too. - although they would use your data
NowTV is just for a handful of Sky channels:
Sky Atlantic
Sky 1
Sky Living
Sky Arts
FOX
Gold
ITV Encore
Comedy Central
MTV
Discovery Channel
Nat Geo Wild
abc studios |

Actually, I've just found an App which appened to be on my phone, Virgin TV Go and that seems to have everything live except BBC, so all I need is BBC iPlayer.
Thanks again. _________________ Dennis
