Can anyone give a bit of advise.
My Live traffic is not working on my go 940 my subscription is valid until 20/10/19 when I check via live services - my services and this is confirmed when I look at my orders on the website but traffic is not working all I get is the warning yellow triangle on the traffic bar, first noticed last week and still not working today.
When I try to access traffic I get the warning message of an error on TomTom server with error code 1506. _________________ Malcolm

Had the same problem three months ago on my 750 Live with nine months subscription left. TT blamed the SIM and everything else but refused to do anything.

Finally got round to sorting the problem the other day.
Quite simple I did a system reset and re entered all my settings except my username and password and now the traffic works
Without re entering my username and password the Sat Nav has retained these details and my live service expiry date of 20th October.
Been out on a few trips and the traffic now may even connect faster than before.
I ask myself was this as a result of the last firmware update, have noticed now though that via Tom Tom home I cannot use the operate my device feature as it now says it is unsupported but no great problem there. _________________ Malcolm
