TomTom won't update - MyDrive Connect and TomTom Services

Does anyone know why tomtom wont update at the mo seems to be affecting many people?

What update are you referring to, maps, software, etc?

TT's Servers are all screwed up. Have been for a couple of days. See here:

Thanks for the information dhn.

I run TomTom GO Mobile iOS app which as you may know has never worked properly with TomTom MyDrive.

I have not seen the message "oops....we are having trouble accessing TomTom services". As TomTom Traffic in my area was, and still is, working OK I wasn't aware that there was a problem with TomTom services. I've even tried downloading a new map via WiFi and that was successful.

nibor, the only thing that you can do is go to the link that dhn gave and monitor the thread and wait until TomTom gives an update.
