Same version number.....

I've put in some error trapping in case it goes **** up. Plus a few small mods like disabling the boxes that have no data or if the directory doesn't exist. I think I've captured all possible issues but time will tell.

I've also removed the 66x66 icons as they don't work. They start off as a magenta square then get size truncated when you are on top of them. I think the max Garmin can handle is 48x48 so the current 44x44 is near enough.

Update:

After feedback - I've changed the database check to obtain the latest published version 'live' from the PGPSW site.

It will check the installed database and after comparison will prompt you to update.

Advance warning .....

There is a new version in test.

This one will remember your choice of Working Directory so all subsequent installs will not prompt for your Working Directory once initially set.

Hopefully no more updates this side of Xmas. Although all good uninstall/install practice.

Been quite a few lately but all suggestions not bugs.

You just have and it's back to you for testing. CSV and Direction Converters.


It seems that Win10 doesn't like installing .NET 4.5 and throws an error during install. Not surprising considering Win10 ships with 4.7 anyway and they are backwards compatible.

Therefore I've changed the prerequisite from .NET 4.5 to .NET 4.7. My Win7 system is already on .NET 4.7.2 so no issues or required downloads for me but if anyone isn't up to date then it may want to download 4.7

This has involved me upgrading Visual Studio from 2013 to 2017 as 2013 wouldn't work with anything greater than 4.5.2

All seems OK on mine, just waiting for QA

What is really strange K is that I was installing something yesterday that 'required' an old version of .net, so I got the same sort of MS message that I had with GPX conv. But it just installed the old version with no problem.
It seems that the 'TEST' is for a version No without including a 'or later' parameter.
