Hang on, I'll double check......
Still there @ https://www.dropbox.com/s/4kpnpbwlk6k2e78/CSV%20to%20GPX%20Installer.zip?dl=1
However, it's looking like Dropbox have pointed it to the folder, not the file.
I've just checked the other converter and that's a folder link as well.
However, again, it gives me the option to open the folder, then the file(s) are viewable.

Has anyone tried the new 66x66 Icons? They appear to be jpg instead of bmp.
Is that ok?

Downloaded again but still can't find mobile_var.bmp. Does it matter what link I use to download it? I used the link at the top of page 55

The links all should he identical.
Let me try this end. I rezipped it with the missing .bmp
Hang on .........
....... I think I posted too soon before the Dropbox upload had finished. It's definately finished uploading now.
As an aside, I can make any size icons so if 66 is too big I can do something mid way between 44 and 66.

Do I need to use the latest Converter as the one i got cant find POILoader and SOX.exe any more like it used to. If I need the latest, do I need to uninstall the older one?
Also, after Process, CVS Files Not found

Ah yes, the Garmin POIloader directory rename change
Uninstall the old one and reinstall the latest one. It's quite painless and can be completed in seconds.
