Version 2.0.1 now available on the site. For anybody using TTN1.5 it now includes contacts integration (although I don't know how much though, since I'm on 2.02). _________________ What's going on? Where am I? |

The site seems to have been down for a few days - is there an alternative link?

Greg
Don't know what's happened to checkpoint www, I will email you latest version if give me you email address. I don't use checkpoint now as it seems to be unreliable picking up the 1st camera I come to? I use GPSassist which seems ok but is a bit heavy.

Yep I gave it a try on my 3850 and all it did was lock up the Pocket PC, only recourse was to soft reset it. Author replied saying he's aware of the problem and working on it |

Just heard from some users in Germany who tried it: it either does not start, crashes the PPC or makes errors.
Maybe its our german PPC-system?

I've just tried it and it pretty much crashes the PPC.
I'd leave it alone until the next release.
Cheers. |

Yip. Required a reboot every time on PPC2002. It didn't start TTN, but would start if TTN was running. Once it had started though you had to restart your PPC if you wanted to re-run TTN.
That's a shame, since it looked quite a nice little unobtrusive utility. That said, it didn't ship with any WAV files - does anybody know where the custom ones listed on this site (for another utility) be found? _________________ What's going on? Where am I? |

I've loaded this up and experienced the same issues, shame as the interface looks very clean and simple. But if it doesn't work then that's not much consolation _________________ Darren Griffin |

Mine didnt crash the PPC - it just did nothing except for a startup message.
One small point the version on the web site suggests it is version 1.1 but the menu option added to my start menu suggests it is 1.0. could the author have uploaded the wrong version? _________________ Steve |

After installing you need to configure the software. When you start the software from the start menu, all you see is the icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. If you then tap that icon, you will see a menu pop up. Go through the options to configure. The online manual is quite informative.

Configuration was possible via the slick interface, but it still didn't work. If you spark it up several times you can fill the whole bottom bar with icons, but that's only pleased me for a while.
It did say that it hadn't been tested on a PPC2002 environment, didn't it? _________________ What's going on? Where am I? |
