Hi, after loading the camera database with the POI loader, the cameras do no appear on the screen, the file is on the sat nav in the POI folder (GPI file) and alerts are turned on. Anyone know why they don't work? This seems to be a new problem as it has worked fine in the past. |

Are you looking for the cameras by scrolling round or is this on the road passing cameras ?
My devices don't show any cameras by scrolling around. _________________ DashCam:

Thanks for the replies, custom alerts is on and the cameras don't show while driving, its like there is nothing there. Did over 2oo miles at the weekend, not a single camera displayed. |

Age old advice that doesn't very often work, but have you tried going through the download/POILoader procedure again? i.e. re-install the cams. |

Did you have a route planned when you did the 200 miles? |

Unlike TT, Garmin don't care whether a route is planned or not.
I'd do what M8 suggested and create another .GPI file.
What size is the GPI ? May be empty. Whilst you can't read it, if you open it with Notepad you can often make out how much data is in there. _________________ DashCam:

As long as there is a good outcome, who cares! (Unless it's a trap others could fall into) |
