Annoying repeat messages

I started to receive "There are no parking spaces available at your destination. Do you want the location of the nearest parking", etc recently after someone moved to a new housing estate on the site of a former hospital. I selected No and thought no more of it. Over the next 30 miles the message popped up seven times and would not disappear without a physocal cancellation.

I would have thought that once you select No a flag would be set.

Any ideas to eliminate this annoyance?

Well, it's nothing to do with the PGPSW database. If it ain't a camera then it ain't us pal.
A clue as to what device would be useful for others to ponder about, as I'm sure all crystal balls went cloudy at about one pm this afternoon.
