So you assume the problems are in the BT connection area rather than the GPS area? Do the problems also appear when the Dconnex is connected to mains power? _________________ Lutz

I bet with losing the connection you mean that the arrow in TTN3 freezes?
If so: Try to minimize POI use (if your maps are on the SD card).
The freeze (losing connection) is caused by a too low data throughout from the sd card.
It will work well with:
1. faster sd card or
2. putting maps in main memory or
3. reducing data transport (ie by not using poi) _________________ eDsuB

As always when memory card problems are suspected, it would be helpful if the poster gave details of the SD card he or she is using.
By this, I don't just mean brand and size, but also details of any markings on the back of the card - that is, any codes, and what the codes look like.

Very known problem.
iPAQ 2210 break Bluetooth connection if GPS program or maps are situated on SD.
When data on CF all work well. _________________ Mikhail E. Veselov

Try installing the TomTom GPS 3.03 Patch from the Tomtom website. The patch states that this fixes this particular issue between HP2210 and Bluetooth GPS devices.
Actually had the problem myself with DConnex 230 and Tomtom. This should fix it.
