| Not sure if it helps but Apple Music plays sequentially on my iPhone 6s. Perhaps a bit silly of me, and it’s only offered as a suggestion, but have you checked Shuffle is off? |

Yes and it'd shuffled off!  No, iOS 11 at that time had disabled sequential play. A quick search indicated that a lot of people were extremely upset by it and that the only solution was to revert to iOS 10.
I don't know whether the issue has been fixed but the iPod is working OK on iOS10 so there's no need to upgrade at the moment.

Should the app now appear in notifications and background app refresh? or is that automatic with this ios 11?
I'm going to do an uninstall and then a clean install of the app as well.

| I have faith. Since I passed my test I’ve used cameralert on tomtom and then phone and recommend it to everyone I know when the subject comes up |

I'm still on iOS10 and found that the previous version of CamerAlert 2 wouldn't run in the background.
I shall be going out in an hour's time so I'll report back after that - hopefully saying that it works in the background on iOS10.

It’s worked for me in the foreground, I’ve experienced no problems with zooming like some have reported. I don’t generally use it in the background but will try later and will report back on the result with my configuration.
Is anyone else not getting the ‘tick’ and ‘cross’ to confirm the presence of mobiles (or not)? I’ve checked my settings and can’t see what’s different from previous versions

Well I've just done a 34 mile round trip to drop a friend off. I normally wouldn't use my sat nav setup, as I know the way etc, but thought it would be a good test.
The app no longer puts up text notifications if the screen is "off", but that's probably in live with this do not disturb whilst driving they've implimented.
Everything else worked perfectly 
I was worried that as it didn't have a background app refresh and a notifications selection in the Iphone settings that it wouldn't work, I'm glad to say Those fears are needless.
Thanks for sorting everything out with it.

| Ahhhhhh have you got DND while driving on ? And you still get audio notifications from CamerAlert ? If so that is great ! |

iPhone 7 Plus. I can’t access the setting for warning time for mobiles or ignore directional - I can’t drag the screen up any further.

Audio alerts and popups worked OK during trial run.
