There's no excuse now for Ryanair as he can now recruit as many ex-Monarch pilots as he wants/needs at a knock-down rate too |

Slash rates for sure but slash prices, not a chance! |

Wasn't there a rumour once that he was going to charge for a slash? _________________ Dennis

Ha Ha, I think you're actually right there and he was/is thinking about charging a pound-a-pee. And how much for a dump (discount if you bring your own paper or use your own doggy bag)? |

Dumps on outbound flights he pays you 10cents, because he disposes of it out there as manure at 150% markup. On inbound flights it costs you £3 waste disposal fee (but he secretly keeps it onboard to sell on next outbound trip). _________________ Dennis

No solution for Ryanair's current problems though. Apparently Ryanair use Boeing aircraft and Monarch used Airbus, and it would take three to four months to retrain the pilots. _________________ Anita

...but what about excess carry-on (carry-IN) baggage charges then? |

I've never flown a plane but driven literally a hundred plus different cars over my lifetime. How many pedals/steering wheels/dials/switches and knobs can there be on any airliner that another manufacturer doesn't include?
Either way, surely Ryanair should be able to get a very good leasing deal from Airbus right now and the pilots are sittiing on their thumbs waiting for another job so go Leary, go!. |

I think flying a plane is a bit more complicated than driving a car!!
And I believe a pilot has to be licensed for each different type of plane he or she flies. _________________ Anita

All Ryanair have to do is make some big keyboard overlays: cut big sheets of card to fit the Boeing dashboard to show the Monarch pilots where everything is and they've cracked it. _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |

I suspect they are leased, so it wouldn't be as simple as that, or would it? |
