It's only about 4-6 weeks before IOS11 is upon us. Any news on the CA app update please? |

I know we have been told that an updated version is 'hopefully' going to be released before the release of ios11, but I'm concerned, as others probably are with the lack of information on the progression of the update.
What concerns me greatly, and should concern the owners of the app, is that it is still being advertised in the app store at a price of around £27 a year subscription, with no mention to prospective subscribers that the app may not work in a months time
I know, if I'd just forked out for a years subscription that failed after a month, I'd be looking for recompense, and a reason why I wasn't informed about it at the time of purchase.
Come on guys!, a little up to date info wouldn't go amiss!.

Now that iOS11 has gone Golden Master and is available for anyone to download directly from Apple via the links here, I wonder how close we are to the release of the new version. I've already updated and I suspect the trickle of people using iOS11 will become a very large flow shortly.
Just keen to have the new version. |

Well Joe Public have until the 19th before it's generally available, so PGPSW have until then to finish it and get it passed by Apple.
I'll not hold my breath over it, as, with the lack of info it's not looking likely.
I'll hold off on ios11 on my phone for now, but not for too long. |

6 pages of asking and nothing from devs. Wise not to hold breath, but there may be a surprise. |

Advertised prices in the US never include sales tax because it varies from state to state. Yes, we're paying more than our counterparts over there but it's not £250 more. |

OK, I get that but.
The five states with the highest average combined state-local sales tax rates are Tennessee (9.45 percent), Arkansas (9.26 percent), Alabama (8.91 percent), Louisiana (8.91 percent), and Washington (8.89 percent).8 Apr 2015
so
$999+9.45%= $1103.
RoE 1$=£0.75 so 1103*0.75 =£827
999-827 = £172. So only £172 more, not £250 more. But that depends on the US State.
Still Rip off Britain |
