Hey, I've just checked.. I paid £19.99 via PayPal for my subscription? |
In June 2015 you did a £19.99 PayPal subscription.
That expired on 17th June 2016.
In August 2016 you subscribed via Apple In-App Subscription
That expired on 20th August 2017.
At the point of verification/approval you were using the Apple sub and so it did not qualify.

I reported the camera in June 2015, just never received the year, I did this on the PayPal year subscription.. come on, I sound stingy I'm just hesitant to pay this time with the IOS11 concern. |

| Just because you reported a camera does not automatically entitle you to free subs. You have to be the first as well as being paid up. |

My goodness! You make a report of a removed camera in June 2015 and two years and two months later you start asking for a free subscription. Wow!
The database Adminstrator says you did not qualify for it. End of discussion.
As for hesitation over resurrecting your subscription, they've said they'll fix the iOS 11 problem, so I suggest you use your pgpsw membership ID to buy a full subscription, rather than the in-app method. Then you'll have the confidence of knowing that your next report stands a chance of qualifying.
