I have a Drive Smart 61 LMT-D
Is it possible to create subfolder(s) within the factory set Favourites location?
I've had several TomToms and Garmins over the years, I know I have done this before but I can't for the life of me remember which one and how I did it?

Folders are created automatically once you have more than 12 favourites, and are called categories.

Thanks sussamb for that quick reply, that's good news, does the system allow the user to rename categories or does it allocate a sequencial i/d? |

You can create your own or let the device choose. Favourites can also be in more than one category.
