Hi guys. I am having trouble downloading the TomTom low bridge POI. Everything works fine but when I try to unzip it is saying the file is empty? Is this POI broken or am I missing something? Thanks. |

Windows or Mac ?
If Mac then I seem to recall a similar recent post where Safari has a bug. _________________ DashCam:

I just d/loaded the low bridge OV2 file and it certainly isn't empty. The direct download button didn't work for me, but I ticked the 'Show Link' button and used the link and it was OK. W10 using Chrome.
I hope your TomTom is not a recent one, as if it is, about the only thing you will be able to do is navigate to the low bridges. Not, I suspect, the result you are hoping for.
PS. It is against the forum etiquette, if not rules, to post the same question twice as your answers may be scattered all over the place. |

No it wasn't, seeing how you are being picky. The thread was started by another member on Apr 03, 2015 and kalele6115 posted there on Apr 26, 2017 1:24 pm. |

The Low Bridge Category was originally supplied as a Premium Category, and is still marked as such on each sub-category, and was only available to Subscribers.
I don't know if this still applies. I'm afraid the answer will have to come from an Admin source. _________________ Richard

Yes, it is a subscriber-only set. As you don't have a subscription the files won't download.
