Could any kind person step out how to save a Garmin Track (ie. the automatic record of where I've been with my Garmin - in this case a Forerunner 305) and import it into Memory Map OS-5 so I can view my route? I have EasyGPS software running on Windows 10.
Thanks in advance

I would guess that Garmins Basecamp program is probably worth a try. It certainly shows where my Garmin SatNav has been.
Watch for more posts because we do have someone who knows far more than me on this. _________________ DashCam:

With my Oregon, I just plug it into the computer and select for it to go into Mass Storage mode.
If MemoryMap (at the bottom RHS of its window) says "Gps Garmin not connected" then press GPS...GPS Set-up...Manufacturer = Garmin, Model = USB...OK.
Then in MemoryMap press GPS...Import from GPS...Tracks.
Bingo your track should be there and showing in MemoryMap.
In Props, give it a meaningful name and tick Locked.

You can import it into the free BaseCamp program.
But if you've got MemoryMap and some of its maps already, I think MM is by far the better program.
