Thanks both for your replies. My HD traffic for my Renault carminat live suddenly stopped working about a week ago. I have a current subscription which is well in date so was a bit perplexed when it suddenly just stopped working about a week ago.
I went to the tomtom customer support page and having selected my product (ie the carminat live) I was given the option of submitting an email. This I duly did describing the problem. I got a reasonably quick reply but strangely the tech asked me to quote him my cars VIN, which I thought a tad strange. Never the less I provided it and am waiting a further reply. On closer inspection of the email they sent me I see its actually sent from Renault connected services and not Tomtom at all. It appears tomtom have sub contracted their support out. Anyone confirm this? |

Situation resolved, it turned out that the SIM card had become inactive. Why, I've no idea. Quick phone call to tomtom services themselves resolved the problem quickly. |
