I received an email on the 5/7/16 informing my subscription will be shortly expiring which was new to me has I was not aware I had a recurring subscription since around 2003/4 ( I think, it was so long ago )and thought was only for a year and a one off payment . I could not see this set up on my PayPal account until the payment was taken and was under recent transactions . I have also never received any emails reminding me of this set up and that the payment will be taken . I contacted Paypal who informed me that it was taken recently and in 2015 only ( which I was also unaware of ). I have not used this service since that first year and have not downloaded any data as I no longer have the TomTom device .
Could you please look into this and refund my subscription payments for those two years and any other earlier years that I may have purchased .
