NOTES:
I find that sometimes when plugging in USB with Satnav turned on (of course), the pop up screen pops up, asking if I want to d/load the new data; this is often momentarily preceded with message, that there are no music files on this USB.
Sometimes when I insert USB, no pop up occurs; in these cases you have to go into Connect settings for POI's, and select for a manual d/load. _________________ Gel

Regarding NOTES from 'peasemore'
I have not seen the music reference when downloading updates so not sure why that should appear.
Also if no pop-up occurs I usually find i have not done download update correctly onto memory stick. |

Recently I have noticed that the speed camera warning information on the screen of my Nissan Connect seems to stay on view longer.
As a consequence I have travelled past the camera without seeing its location.
Not a major problem but it is a bit irritating. _________________ Nissan Connect System user

Rather disappointed that there has not been any response to my query.
Am I the only one who has noticed this problem or is it confined to Nissan Connect downloads _________________ Nissan Connect System user

It won't be the download. That is just a list of camera locations. It's how the satvav device handles this list that is possibly a problem. Is there any way of resetting the satnav device in your car? |

Thanks for your comments.
Prior to a couple of weeks ago everything was fine. As I say the warning works fine, it is just irritating that the information on screen stays on view for such a long time.
Don't think there is anyway of resetting the Nissan Connect Sat Nav in my car.
Others may know different though, will ask my Service Centre when I visit on Wednesday.
I will try adjusting the warning distance so that the warning comes on earlier and see what happens. _________________ Nissan Connect System user

Since I downloaded the latest update the problem has gone.
So maybe the earlier download did not load properly.
Anyway happy with camera information now _________________ Nissan Connect System user
