Have you got any left over files in your working folder with numbers in their filenames?
Clear out your working folder, make sure that it hasn't got any sub folders and try again.

The latest version of the Converter has been thoroughly tested by 2 people as well as my unit testing so I'm quite confident there are no inherent bugs now.

In this instance where the message is warning of a numeric filename then - there is a numeric filename that needs dealing with.
