My live subscription ended not long after the service resumed after the disruption. I've not used my TT950 since then as I only use it on my commute for traffic.
I happened to get my TT out this morning and noticed that traffic was working (no yellow triangle on the RHS of the screen). I checked the status of my subs and noticed that traffic now runs out on 14 July (was 14 Apr) so they have added 3 months without me asking. _________________ Kev

That's good to know; so it seems that they are now or have, finally rolled out this automatic 3 months extension to all Live subscribers even those who didn't contact TT directly. |

Not so I'm afraid. My device still shows its original end date :-( |

The problem is I don't know when they applied the additional 3 months. Could have been last week or last night. I assume they have quite a few accounts to update - perhaps they are working in batches through it? I would like to credit TT with some intelligence but I can't bring myself to do that.
Perhaps you should give it a couple of days and then email them/raise a ticket to say other users who have not requested an extension are having 3 months added? _________________ Kev
