I have an iPhone 5c with cameralert installed.
How can I stop cameralert 'speaking' through my Go530 using Bluetooth?
I need Bluetooth enabled to hear my phone calls but I don't want to hear cameralert.

Have you tried disabling Bluetooth on the 530? Perhaps also unpair them?

Surely the OPs comment that "I need Bluetooth enabled to hear my phone calls but I don't want to hear cameralert." means that he wants to leave BT on?

Are you saying that you wish the iPhone to continue routing phone calls through BT but not the cameralert which also running on the iPhone?

If so that is up to the functionality of the iPhone. I am not an apple lover, I have always believed they are a complete waste of space, but hey.....

Is their not a mixer in the iphone so you can direct output from cameralert to the built in speaker and the phone calls to BT? It may be a BT feature on the phone could do that?

Otherwise are you wanting to output to your radio via BT and not the tomtom?

You can change the audio routing in the settings.

Part 6 a ii
http://cameralert.com/manual/ios

Change it to the middle option and that will force the alerts through the phone's speaker itself rather than a connected BT device.
