That is a Home backup and not Windows. You need to connect to Home, Manage my device, Install items from computer, Maps and install the map. _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU

Thanks.
But Home doesn't find that backup. I do have a backup made in windows from last April but it is a full backup (system and map) so not sure how to install just the map part of it.
Would you be able to advise please?
Many thanks for your time. |

Does Downloads in Home point to where that file is located ? (tools, home preferences, folders)
You should be able to drag and drop the whole map file from your old explorer backup onto the device. _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU

Seconded, been there, done that. A simple format and drag and drop sorted in minutes. _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU
