I'm on iPhone, not Android so I could be wrong, but autodownloads aren't available because it needs internet connection which may not be on and also some people have very little mobile data allowance and don't want it used up.

| At the top(ish) of the page, there is a tab called Contact. Ping them, ask nicely and they might just change it for you. |
