Im having issues installing the camera database too my Tomtom Go Live 820.
I have been using the Speed Zoned Complete version for years with no issues until recently.
I updated my map and then tried to install the up to date version of the database, However, although all the different camera poi catagories show as installed on my computer, not all of them show up on the tomtom.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it remains the same. I have factory reset my Tomtom, but it remains the same. I have tried renaming the files before installing. This actually worked for one of them but not the rest!?
Does anyone have any advice of other things I can try before I fix it with a hammer  |

| Are you talking of POI categories or individual cameras that are not showing? |

whole catagories. When I go in to set the 'warn when near poi' I see gatso 30, 70 and tba. 20, 40, 50 and 60 are missing. Renaming the files before installing I managed to get gatso 20 to show but not the others.

How many categories are on the Device? That's counting every category, not just cameras.
There is a finite limit (I don't know what it may be for a 820), and TT seems to make a random selection if you exceed this limit.

Too many would be the answer I think. I'm deleting them right now and the missing ones (including some I didn't know were missing) are randomly appearing in no particular order.
Pain in the arse that there isn't an option to just delete all of them... its going to take me a while to remove them all  |

Delete them via your PC as opposed to on the device? |

Unfortunately the 820 uses MyDrive Connect, and therefore doesn't offer that facility.
