Hi Everyone,
I did a full reset but it is still not working properly, it is intermittent and can no longer be relied on.
Will have to look at a new unit, and I have to say I may defect to Garmin at this rate.
It does not really make sense why this has happened, it seemed to coincide with the new map.
Does anyone know if Garmin has the live traffic or a similar service to TomTom's?
thanks in advance,

To hijacker:
Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. _________________ David |

Hi All,
I see Garmin do have a traffic service, I would really like to stay with Tomtom but on the latest models I cannot add the PGPSW camera database which is a deal breaker for me.

A drum reset has restored normal service!
Let's hope it lasts.
Thanks. _________________ TT GO 1005 |
